RETURNS

We hope you love your order! However if something isn't quite right you have a period of 14 days, from the date your order is delivered, to return it back to us. The returned items must arrive at our warehouse within this 14-day window. Unfortunately, if we receive your return outside of this timeframe, you will not be eligible for a refund.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• In original condition: Unworn, Unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Stain-free, Odour-free.
• In original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

We cannot accept the return of items which were not bought directly from our website.

We do not accept exchanges, all ordered items will need to be returned and another order will need to be placed for the item you wish to replace it with.

RETURN POSTAGE

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are currently unable to offer free returns. Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged, as items are your responsibility until they reach us. 

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked service. We may request this if your parcel does not arrive.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming its arrival and the outcome of your return request. We will refund you by the same method you used to pay, within 14 days of your return.
